The hotel offers small but very comfortable rooms with all the amenities you need, featuring a nice, comfortable, and firm bed. However, the bathroom layout might remind you of an airplane restroom. The service is generally excellent with professional and helpful staff, but the Wi-Fi service is poor and only available on 1-2 floors. The strategic location, within walking distance to Namba train station, is a major plus. The dining experience is good value for money, with an excellent European cafe in the morning. Overall, a cozy stay with some minor room size concerns and Wi-Fi limitations.
